For online delivery, the minimum order is 30 USD. If you prefer to pick up your order from our Central Kitchen in Zahle, there is no minimum. However, pickups are by appointment only — we do not accept walk-ins. Please place your delivery order at least 2 working days in advance.

When ordering online, you may notice some items are available as frozen or baked. A baked product is fully prepared and ready to enjoy upon delivery. A frozen product can be either fully baked and then frozen, which you can simply defrost or reheat, or it can be raw and frozen, allowing you to bake it fresh at home. Instructions for preparation are available on our website to ensure the best results.

Yes, we deliver freshly baked products. For areas close to our production lab in Zahlé, such as Zahlé and the Bekaa region, we provide timely delivery, or you can opt for store pickup. However, we generally do not deliver baked croissants and bread to Beirut and other farther areas to ensure freshness. Exceptions may be possible—please contact our customer service via WhatsApp at +961 70 743 210 for special delivery arrangements.
