Croissant and Viennoiserie (Pain au chocolat, Pain Suisse etc...) (Regular Size)

Line your air fryer basket with parchment paper (perforated if possible).

Let defrost for 20 minutes at room temperature.

Preheat air fryer to 160°C.

Bake for 10–12 minutes.

Rest for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Do not refreeze once thawed.
Croissant and Viennoiserie (Mini)

Same as above, reduce baking time to 8–10 minutes.
Almond Croissant

Let defrost 20 minutes.

Preheat air fryer to 170°C.

Bake for 3–4 minutes.

Rest for 10–15 minutes.

Do not refreeze once thawed.
The Crookie

Let defrost 20 minutes.

Preheat air fryer to 170°C.

Oven: Defrost 35 mins, air fry at 200°C for 3 minutes.

Whole loaf: defrost 2 hours (covered).

Slices: defrost 15 minutes or toast/fry directly.

Toast in air fryer at 180°C for 2–3 minutes.
Milk Bread

Defrost 60 minutes. Ready to enjoy!

Neapolitan & Classic Pizza Dough

Defrost overnight in fridge.

Rest 1 hour at room temp before use.

Roll out, bake at 160°C in air fryer (check after 10 minutes).
