Baking & Preparation Instructions – Air Fryer

Croissant and Viennoiserie (Pain au chocolat, Pain Suisse etc...) (Regular Size)

  • Line your air fryer basket with parchment paper (perforated if possible).

  • Let defrost for 20 minutes at room temperature.

  • Preheat air fryer to 160°C.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes.

  • Rest for 10–15 minutes before serving.

  • Do not refreeze once thawed.

Croissant and Viennoiserie (Mini)

  • Same as above, reduce baking time to 8–10 minutes.

Almond Croissant

  • Let defrost 20 minutes.

  • Preheat air fryer to 170°C.

  • Bake for 3–4 minutes.

  • Rest for 10–15 minutes.

  • Do not refreeze once thawed.

The Crookie

  • Let defrost 20 minutes.

  • Preheat air fryer to 170°C.

  • Bake for 3–4 minutes.

  • Rest for 10–15 minutes.

  • Do not refreeze once thawed.

Mini Baguette

  • No need to defrost.

  • Preheat air fryer to 200°C.

  • Bake for 6–7 minutes.

  • Rest for 10–15 minutes.

Baguette (Regular Size)

  • Defrost 25 minutes (covered).

  • Preheat air fryer to 200°C.

  • Bake for 4–5 minutes.

Batard

  • Defrost 30 minutes (covered).

  • Preheat air fryer to 200°C.

  • Bake for 5–6 minutes.

Mini Pizza and Manakish

  • Defrost 20 minutes.

  • Preheat air fryer to 200°C.

  • Bake for 4–5 minutes.

Pizza Baguette

  • Defrost 10 minutes.

  • Preheat air fryer to 200°C.

  • Bake for 3–4 minutes.

Neapolitan Pizza

  • Defrost 10 minutes.

  • Preheat air fryer to 200°C.

  • Bake for 4–5 minutes.

Chocolate Fondant

  • Microwave: 40 seconds OR

  • Oven: Defrost 35 mins, air fry at 200°C for 3 minutes.

Pain de Mie

  • Whole loaf: defrost 2 hours (covered).

  • Slices: defrost 15 minutes or toast/fry directly.

  • Toast in air fryer at 180°C for 2–3 minutes.

Milk Bread

  • Defrost 60 minutes. Ready to enjoy!

Croque-Monsieur

  • Defrost 25–30 minutes.

  • Preheat air fryer to 200°C.

  • Bake for 3–4 minutes.

Neapolitan & Classic Pizza Dough

  • Defrost overnight in fridge.

  • Rest 1 hour at room temp before use.

Puff Pastry Dough

  • Defrost overnight in fridge.

  • Roll out, bake at 160°C in air fryer (check after 10 minutes).

Ham & Mushroom Quiche

  • Rest 10 minutes at room temp.

  • Preheat air fryer to 170°C.
