How to use
Remove the dough from the freezer and let it thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Once defrosted, allow it to rest at room temperature for a few minutes until pliable. Line your tart mold, trim the edges, prick the base, and proceed with your filling. Bake according to your recipe.

Suitable for blind baking or filled baking.
