  • Raw, frozen and ready to bake
  • Keep in the freezer until ready to bake

Preparation Instructions:

  • Line a butter paper in your cookie sheet
  • Let the mini galette defrost on it for 30 mins at room temperature
  • Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  • (Optional) Put Egg wash
  • Bake the Pain suisse for 20 minutes
  • Let it rest outside the oven for 10 to 15 minutes
  • Enjoy!
