Preparation Instructions:
- Line a butter paper in your cookie sheet
- Let the mini galette defrost on it for 30 mins at room temperature
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- (Optional) Put Egg wash
- Bake the mini galette for 30 minutes
- Let it rest outside the oven for 10 to 15 minutes
